Who is responsible
FIDEVO/AI LABS LIMITED (company number 17386840, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for this application.
What is held
Your email address, and the content you enter: tasks, subtasks, definitions of done, routines, goals, journal entries and your display settings. Notification preferences are stored only if you switch them on.
Why it is held
Solely to run the application for you: to show your day, keep your board in step across devices, reset routines each morning and send the reminders or summaries you asked for.
Who can see it
Only you. Every table is protected at the database level, so a request carrying your session returns your rows and no one else's.
How long it is kept
Until you delete it, or until you ask for your account to be removed, at which point the associated rows are deleted.
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of your data, correction of anything inaccurate, or deletion of your account. Reminder and summary emails can be switched off at any time in the app.
